Your first visit begins with a discussion about your symptoms, health history, daily activities and goals. Your chiropractor then performs a relevant clinical assessment and explains the findings in plain language.

Your first appointment includes assessment and treatment, costs $150 and takes approximately 60 minutes. Your second visit is a Report of Findings and treatment, also $150 for approximately 60 minutes. Ongoing appointments are $109 for approximately 30–40 minutes.

Care may include chiropractic mobilisation or adjustment, spinal decompression, dry needling, cupping, soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation strategies. The techniques selected depend on your assessment, preferences and goals rather than a standard routine.

Spinal decompression is offered as part of general chiropractic care at ChiroRelief, unless contraindicated after assessment.
